Praise be to Allah, the Lord of all humanity, and Peace be upon the Last of Prophets, his Family, Companions and Followers.

Dear Shareholders

Since the formation of the Board of Directors of Kuwait Establishment for Educational Services on 17/12/1997 when the Board assumed actual duty, the Establishment has witnessed constants progress in acquiring a larger share of the educational services market. Following the expansion of the Establishment’s perspective vis-à-vis shareholders and the educational process, its new philosophy is active on two parallel lines: achieving human development through distinguished and high quality education, as well as offering the highest standards of educational services, while maintaining highly steady financial growth. We have proceeded with our financial and educational work; motivated by sincerity in fulfilling our duty towards both the parents and the shareholders who aspire for development opportunities, on the other hand the parents have trusted us with care and education of their children. In this regard, we can assure you that we have exerted every effort to provide a distinguished service, enhanced by teamwork dedication to achieve our goals. In this process, we kept open and receptive minds towards positive suggestions and opinions.

From day one, we have been aware of the economical, technical, and administrative challenges, which are entailed in such task, as we strive to attain creativity, rather than just perform a regular service. Therefore, we have made it a point to find and appreciate creative persons, inculcate the spirit of a unified team, which leads to success, and that such success should depend on creativity and support of capable and receptive persons.

Within the context of our Establishment, we believe that education neither depends solely on our experiment, nor on the successes that we have achieved so far. Rather, we are delighted to share the successes of others and to add them to our achievements in a manner that would help furthering our goals and realizing our plans. As a consequence, this approach would motivate us to continue our hard work in order to enhance the Establishment and discover quality chances that can improve the performance of our services.

Modern communications revolution (such as the internet) has brought down all the barriers between the peoples of all countries around the world, and as a result nullified every argument for not opening up, and taking note of, as well as benefit from new developments in knowledge.

It is our main objective to help our children and enable them to utilize such modern means and acquire knowledge within morality codes that govern the use of such technologies. We hope that such an approach will help them lead a better life with a promising future, and that our nation will regain its leading role in building civilization that would revive past glories of Andalusia (Spain).

The work team is constantly making diligent and dedicated effort towards achieving high productivity, distinguished quality, and concrete results in a cost-effective manner.

Moreover, we aspire to maintain the good reputation while keeping an eye on quality services. Thus, we gauge our development according to objective standards where details should comply with international quality standards.

The spirit of a unified team, dedication to work, quality production, as well as the use of modern high – tech services, constitute our methods which we follow in order to realize our investment and educational plans, as well as to prepare our children to face the future challenges, equipped with knowledge, and able character.
